FAQ

Questions, answered.

Two tracks — one for buyers, one for suppliers. If yours isn't here, just ask.

For buyers

What is the minimum order?

We quote from one pallet up to full-container and project volume. The pallet minimum keeps us focused on volume buyers.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Across the EU. Goods ship direct from supplier to buyer under double-blind shipping, so lead times match ordering from the source.

How does payment work?

100% advance is the standard for a first order; escrow can be arranged where a buyer needs it, with funds released once you've confirmed the goods. Prices are EUR, ex-VAT for B2B where reverse-charge applies.

Is the price I see final?

Public prices are indicative and market-aligned. We reconfirm live stock and give you a firm price on request, usually within hours.

How does sourcing work?

Send one spec — brand or model, quantity, delivery country. Our system checks pricing and availability across hundreds of European suppliers and returns one confirmed price under one invoice: ours.

When does the warranty start?

Usually at manufacture. Some brands differ — Huawei can start six months after goods arrive in Europe — so we note the manufacture date where known.

For suppliers

Do I have to upload or maintain listings?

No. Send the price list you already keep and we enter it ourselves. There's nothing to upload and no daily maintenance.

Will my prices be published or attributed?

Never. Every offer is treated blind by default. Your prices are never published, shared, or attributed to anyone.

How do the goods ship?

Double-blind, supplier to buyer, one clean transaction. Your name is never on it and the market never learns the stock moved through you.

Do you buy the stock outright?

Rarely — only when a price is exceptional. The norm is simpler: your offer, our buyer. Most relationships begin after a buyer has already asked for your product.

What about condition and warranty?

Sealed stock only, never used. What matters is the manufacture date, since it sets the warranty clock — note it on the form if you have it to hand.
