1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Details you submit through our forms: company, country, product requirements, quantities, and contact details.
- Basic technical data (IP address, device/browser) and, with your consent, analytics data.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your request and manage our commercial relationship (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To operate and improve the site, with consent for non-essential analytics cookies.
4. Sharing
We use processors such as our CRM (HubSpot) and hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver the service. We do not sell your data. We never publish, share, or attribute a supplier's prices.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of these.
