1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the Fotosel website and the request-based sourcing service provided by Fotosel Europe SRL. Fotosel serves professional buyers and suppliers; the service is not intended for consumers.

2. Quotes and orders

Prices shown or quoted are indicative and confirmed on request. Stock is reconfirmed before an order completes. A binding agreement is formed only when Fotosel issues a confirmed quote or pro-forma invoice and it is accepted.

3. Prices, VAT and delivery

Prices are in EUR and, for B2B, quoted ex-VAT where the reverse-charge mechanism applies. Delivery terms (incoterms), lead times, and payment terms are stated on each quote.

4. Confidentiality

Fotosel does not publish, share, or attribute supplier pricing. Buyer requests are treated as confidential.

5. Liability & governing law

To be completed with counsel, under the laws of Romania.
